When learners are ready to share their project with their teacher they will export their project from Explain Everything as a video file. This enables teachers and students to utilise the recording functions in Explain Everything to pinpoint and build on strengths and identify learning needs in a clear and constructive way that moves learning forward.
From the Drive artefacts of learning are also able to be selected and shared via the class and individual blogs. (Blogging Support)
Whānau and parents: Parent Portal is an application that enables parents to see their child's learning in Google Drive. It does not require that parents have a Google Apps account. Instead, parents log into Parent Portal using their child's Google Apps username and a passcode supplied by the school.
